This website is intended to allow the formation of a series of committees designated to address many of the actions of the U.S. and State Governments on any and all issues of concern to U.S. Citizens. A committee shall parallel one of the Senate or Congressional Committees and Sub-committees on any topic, to track and record every action thereof and to take any lawful counter action deemed necessary to prevent any further violation of the U.S. Constitution and to take legal action to repeal any Act, Law or Regulation that has been made that violates the U.S. Constitution.

As of now, interested individuals want different ideas explored... Like a Blog, Rallies, Daily Commentary, Editorials, Fax Blasting, Topical Discussion Groups, Think Tanks, Fundraising, Town Hall Meetings, Sending Private Representatives to meet with State and Federal Representatives and Agency Heads, and the like... What are some topics of interest to you?

I would like to have people who are interested in writing articles on topics of interest, some to do research on subjects readers suggest or on the latest news release that comes out on something of interest, etc...

Also, I am now accepting applications for and from Bloggers, Columnists, Prospective Committee Memberships, Researchers, Poll Takers, Assistant Webmasters, Videographers, News Editors and Anchorpersons, Software Programmers, or just about anyone with skills and resources to begin addressing issues of concern to the American People.

Members should be willing to undertake any project within their skill sets that leads to making the country a better place through positive action and even litigation when necessary, with an eye towards restoring the U.S. Constitution to the Supreme Law of the Land, and to restore Gold and Silver 'MONEY' to the status of 'Currency', promoting the 'Free Market Economy', Restoring Sovereignty to the States, and the People, and other like good ideals.

Some of the articles, items and topics already being addresses by those interested are repealing laws that are unconstitutional and passing laws that prevent the Federal Government from passing laws that violate or circumvent the Constitution, Usurp States and Citizens Rights and other important topics.

One Point that is currently HOT is the verbiage or terms written into bills that become LAWS and the way certain verbiage or TERMS, Statements or WORDS are always added that allow for expansionism of POWERS, like...

at the beginning of the law, the term.

'...and for other purposes...'

is often if not always printed as part of the law...

This allows the Government to expand the 'PURPOSE' of the LAW without congressional approval of the changes, nor approval of the People that voted to pass the ORIGINAL version of the LAW!

I am personally unable to determine if this term is actually present in the verbiage of the BILL that is presented to the People for VOTE or NOT! This is one matter currently under research at this time.

As for Committee Memberships, I am reserving positions on the committees to U.S. Citizens, but I think it appropriate to accept articles, letters to the editor, and other similar items from all over the world when relative to a topic of concern to all.

Prospective Members and Committee persons should be deeply concerned and interested in Personal and State Sovereignty, Personal Liberty and Freedom, Honesty in Government, Individuality and State Citizenship, State Sovereignty and The Sovereign 'Rights of Man' and Personal Responsibility and Duty, Honor, Family Wealth Preservation, Health and Well Being and the like.

I feel that education is the KEY to all of the above, and anything I can do to facilitate educating the People about their Inherent Rights, The LAW and Government will help toward any of the above!
